Started the diet at 350, and went down to 309. Had the gastric sleeve surgery on February 11th, 2015. I’m losing about 1 to 2 pounds per week with little to no exercise. I’m an over the road trucker, so it’s hard to exercise.

The before pictures were taken on August 9th. I had my surgery on August 27th and have experienced a total weight loss of 71.5 lbs.
